The Kroger Central Division and UFCW Local 700 bargaining committees went back to negotiations today to find a path forward towards a new contract for the Central Indiana and Indianapolis associates.
What’s New
The Company and Union bargaining committees met today to discuss potential updates to the fully recommended tentative agreement. During the meeting, the Company received feedback from the Union’s bargaining committee and will now take time to review the suggestions that were provided.
The Company expressed appreciation for today’s meeting with the Union and associate-led committee and recognized their ongoing commitment to advancing discussions toward a new contract.
Contract Extension
In addition, the bargaining committees signed a contract extension for the Indianapolis contract through August 30. With a contract extension, your current wages and benefits remain the same as they are today.

The Company and Union bargaining committees are scheduled to meet again on Wednesday, August 6.
